Board of Directors (seat vacancy)
Requirements
Board Members have the responsibility to work collaboratively, sharing your skills and experiences. Collectively, the Board sets the direction of the organization, ensures resources, and provides strategic oversight through the agency’s strategic plan. Specific experience with board governance is highly desired.
Board Members are required to attend our monthly board meetings which are held on the 2nd Tuesday of every month (No meetings in June/July) at 7:30PM at the Hyatt-Downtown, Athens GA.
While we know that every one can not make every event it is always most helpful when board members can attend our events. All Board Members are required to attend all events during our Annual Boybutante Ball Week of Events.
