AIDS Athens (formerly AIDS Coalition of
Northeast Georgia)
AIDS Athens is the official grassroots body
committed to caring for our brothers and sisters affected by HIV/AIDS.
AIDS Athens serves 10 counties of Northeast Georgia: Clarke,
Barrow, Elbert, Greene, Jackson, Madison, Morgan, Oconee, Oglethorpe,
and Walton counties. Founded in 1987, AIDS Athens is made up of volunteers
who take the time to see that the needs of all who have been touched
by HIV/AIDS are met beyond their superficial day-to-day needs. AIDS
Athens is a nonprofit organization and a registered student group
at UGA, and is the main beneficiary of monies raised by the
Boybutante AIDS Foundation, Inc.

Employees and Supporters
GLOBES
is the Gay, Lesbian, or Bisexual Employees & Supporters of the
University of Georgia and welcomes gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgendered,
and straight undergraduate and graduate students, faculty and staff.
GLOBES is a registered student organization.

The Fabulous 40 Watt Club
Besides being Athens'
legendary premier entertainment venue, the fabulous 40 Watt Club is
a long-time supporter of Boybutante, and has hosted every Ball since
1991.

Flagpole Magazine is the place to find out what's going on
around town. Athens' only FREE weely magazine is a great member
of the community, and has been a supporter of Boybutante for many
